I am a full time, Realtor. I have been in Real Estate as a Realtor since 1989. Besides working for several local companies before coming to Realty Executeves about seven years ago, I have had listings of all forms of residneces. My training covers working with local buyers and sellers to company transferees, to relocation clients. I have been involved with normal sales, forclosures, short sales and everthing inbetween. .
I believe in supplying my buyers with all pertinent informaiton needed to make good sound decisions in the Home buying process. To assist in obtaining the best posible mortgage, if needed, that fits each separate buyers case. One of my designations is SFR. This is training in Short Sales and Forclosures. I have also sold many HUD listed homes.
