Jay joined Realty Executives after a 10 year real estate career with Coldwell Banker Residential
Brokerage in Framingham. In his time with Coldwell Banker he became a top producer and earned
the esteemed International Sterling Society Award on multiple occasions, which is presented to
agents who sold more than 20 units in a calendar year. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Jay was a
design consultant with Boston Interiors in Natick, which is where he first gained an appreciation for
the New England home. This appreciation laid the foundation for his interest in real estate.
