Donna Basail

I earned my Real Estate License in 1987 after working as a Department Manager in a large grocery chain for many years. After purchasing my first home and not having a clue on what I was doing I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate with Century 21 in the Canyon Country area. This was before the City of Santa Clarita was formed and there was more vacant land then houses. I also started selling homes in the Antelope Valley.

Within a year I moved over to a brand new company named Re\Max where I won numerous sales awards and continued my education earning a "GRI" designation from the Graduate of the Real Estate Institute to better serve my customers.

In the year 2000, I was offered a position with a New Home Builder in the Antelope Valley and then moved to a larger builder where I oversaw numerous communities and sold 100's of homes in Castaic, Newberry Park, Lancaster, Palmdale and The City of Ventura. I have negotiated with the Veterans Administration, Home Builders, Lenders,Building Inspectors and have helped many hundreds of Buyers and Seller's purchase the home of their dreams.

In the mid 1990's I moved to Agua Dulce, a wonderful small town about 10 minutes up from the Santa Clarita Valley. I joined the local Lions Club and volunteered for many projects and events over the years. I organized and ran the local parade for a few years, worked the local fair, helped at 5K events held at the local Airpark and Winery and volunteered at 4th of July events that were held in the Agua Dulce area. I also became President of the Agua Dulce Elementary Booster Club and raised funds to continue to provide the local children a music program and other fun educational things. I'm also a member and volunteer at Shepherd Church and in numerous organizations in the Santa Clarita Valley.

I joined Realty Executives Agua Dulce in 2014 and continue to serve the community and  my clients who want to move up to our area or may be moving on to different areas. Santa Clarita and Agua Dulce are wonderful family oriented communities that are great places to live.
