Experience: Individually, I have closed over 800 properties, been in business since 2003, practiced full time (not a hobby or part time, oh this is so important in real estate)! I strive for all parties involved in a transaction to have “win win” results and to feel confident in my abilities.

These days, it’s not enough to simply list a property. You need to work with a hands on agent that can grasp the overall view to ensure efficiency without impacting quality.

For several years, I have focused on delivering great service while constantly refining processes. Because I am organized, I can both sale and oversee the entire property sales procedure as well as communicate effectively with clients. Because I am familiar with technology, I can implement the newest methods and processes to help transactions run smoothly and quickly.
