Alice Huang

As Broker Associate at Real Executives-Select, Alice is an investment professional specializing in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family real estate properties. She is responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process including investment strategy, property valuation & underwriting, facilitating the procurement of offers and escrow management. Alice has developed success by building quality relationships, maintaining a focus on integrity, and delivering superior results. 

Prior to joining Realty Executives Select, she was a Broker Associate for NAREIG US an international real estate company where she represented foreign investors. She held leadership roles in property management for three years managing class A luxury apartments. Alice started her commercial real estate career with Marcus & Millichap back in 2009 as a Broker Associate in the National Retail Group. 

Alice graduated from the California State University, Fullerton with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2009.
